Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 month's from the date you purchased them they cannot be redeemed after it expires

Only 1 Gift voucher can be used per event booking

Any Promotional offers cannot be used with the gift card.

Once you have purchased your E-Voucher, you can login to your accont and download it as a pdf format

We cannot post the vouchers to you 

all events must be pre-booked vouchers can be redeemed on our website

All vouchers are non refundable

Vouchers can only be used towards full payment of your booking if the event cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking your voucher cannot be used as part payment deposit

Two Worlds Paranormal does not guarantee that spaces will be avalible on any given date or event, Spaces are only secured when a ghost hunt is booked so we highly recommend you book early

vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

If your voucher has been lost or stolen it will not be exchanged for refunded
